Culture Blend Production

Microbial Team
     Following careful laboratory evaluation, selected isolates are grown and blended into specific ENVIRONOC® application groups (microbial teams).  The resulting microbial blend is then freeze dried and stored in the freezer pending release for shipment.
     Before any freeze-dried product is released for shipment, all lots are checked for (1) viability (total count), (2) absence of pathogenic organisms and (3) presence of those specific capabilities which make it desirable for the application in which it will be used.  When all of the product specifications are met, a Certificate Of Analysis is completed and the product is released for overnight shipment to customers.
