Bug Jug |
| The bug jug is a 5-gallon (20-liter) polyethylene, spigot carboy outfitted with an airstone and air pump. It is used as a brewing apparatus for the cultivation of liquid microbial inoculum. It provides a simple, sanitary system which is easy to clean. The spigot provides versatility for delivering small volumes to multiple locations. The components of the bug jug system are available from several vendors. |

Simple Grow-up Procedure |
| After 2.5 gallons of water are added to the bug jug, one ENVIROBREW® 30 is added to the water. This will tie up residual chlorine which might be present. Then the freeze-dried ENVIRONOC® microbial blend can be added. |

| Microbes + Nutrient + 2.5 gallons water + air = > 1 x 109 cfu of microbial inoculum/ml
The growth from one 2.5-gallon grow-up produces fresh inoculum with more counts than 20 lbs of many dry inoculant powders! |
